Abstact: This research was aimed at (1) knowing the collectively effect of such variables as Assessment Method, Job Description, Evaluator and Performance Standard on Employee Per-formance, (2) recognizing the partially effect such variables as Assessment Method, Job Des-cription, Evaluator and Standard on Employee Performance, and (3) understanding the most do-minant variable effecting the employess performance. It has been hypnotized in this study that (1) there was significant influence of concomitantly variables, such as such Assessment Method, Job Description, and Evaluator and Standard on Employee Performance, (2) there was partially significant influence variables, such as such Assessment Method, Job Description, and Evalua-tor and Standard on Employee Performance, and (3) Job description was the dominant variable affecting working performance. From the findings, it can be concluded tha: (1) from F-test, it was found tha Fcalc > was 54.376 (significance level of F = 0.000). Thus, Fcals > that Ftable (54. 376) or Sig. of F < 5% (0.000 < 0.05). It meant tha such concomitanly independent variables as Assessment Method (X1), Job Description (X2), Evaluator (X3), and Performance Standard (X4) influenced significantly on Employee Performance variable (Y). these four independent varia-bles affected the employee performance in 68.8%; (2) from t-test, it was shown tha such inde-pendent variable as Assessment Method (X1), Job Description (X2), Evaluator (X3) and Perfor-mance Standard (X4) partially provided significant influence on Employee Performance variable (Y); and (3) the most dominantly affecting variable on worker performance was the job descrip-tion (X2), contributing the level of 63.39%.

Abstract: Stock market acts as one alternative of profitable investment. However, the stock market also has higher risk than other investment. The fact that stock market not only offer higher return, but also higher risk give attraction to research on technical analysis as a prudent investment guidance in stock market. One of the most popular Technical Analysis indicators is MACD (Moving Average Convergent Divergent). The condition of no standard for the most suitable makes the background of this research. The aim of this research is to find the most suitable model of MACD, which give time signal for buying and selling stock which give the highest return, especially used in stock market for PT Telkom, Tbk (listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange). The stock is chosen because actively traded over time. There are four MACD models that are researched and the result shows that Sharp Chart model give the highest average return per month (3.46%). But again the investor must have a strong heart and consistent in executing the transaction as high gains and losses are unavoidable.

Abtract: Sugar is a vital commodity for daily lives either as the domestic consumption good or industrial demand was interesting to examine since until the present time more that half of natio-nal demands for sugar must have been imported from foreign countries. Indonesia, instead, was the largest producer of sugar in the world in 1930s following Cube. During 1990 through 1999, the import rate of sugar has more increased over several years with average rate of 48% a year due to the increased need of sugar at 4.17% in average per year which was not followed with any increase of its production at only 0.03% per year. There are many methods applicable for approaching in analyzing certain effect of policy. The most notably of which was econometry, which is still fashionable up to now. However, this method has not been completely able to analyze the problems, by which it could not describe the dynamic situation in relation to any ef-forts of presuming the action on the effects of national sugar policy. In this paper, an alternative method of dynamic system was tested with the expectation to obtaining an approach for overco-ming so entirely national problems of sugar that the impacts of the policy made could be measu-red on several aspects, particularly on the improvement of national sugar. In this study, it had been tested several scenarios of policies and then simulated, one of which was the simulation on the effect of imported sugars tariff, which always become a controversy in public realm. When it was viewed from trade perspective, in concomitant with the imported sugar, its price has func-tion on one hand as price control in protecting consumer interest, but, on the other hand, this otherwise could discourage the producer, in this case the small farmers, not being able to com-pete with the import production in decreasing production costs. In view of that, it is recommen-ded that the policy of importing sugar should only on the limit of demand control as long as the need for national sugar is not satisfied with the local production. The efforts of meeting the need for national sugar can still be made without any land extensiveness. Instead, this can be done by intensifying the existing farms. This can be effectively conducted when the national sugar sys-tem itself has structurally encouraged and empowered sugar industry and the farmers by giving attractive incentives.
