<p>Abstract:</strong> The research replicated and extended the CTs study in 1992. <p>Abstract:</strong> Market structure is defined as the environmental characteristics of an industry that influence the behavior of firms in the marketplace: includes size and number of firms, product differentiation, and barriers to firm entry. Based on market structure, market can be divided into two groups, i.e. perfect competition market and imperfect competition market. Price correlation and market integration can be use to analyze market behavior. Market integration is the combinning of all market activity in one management. Market performance is defined as how well the food marketing system performs what society and the market participants expect of it. The evaluation of market performance requires specific measures such as prices, return on investment, parity farm prices, gross marketing margin.</p>

<p>Abstract:</strong> This research is about learning competence and its influence to individuals job performance. This research is done to 140 employees with head position in 64 private companies throughout East Kalimantan. The results of this research show that learning competence which consists of knowledge, understanding, and trainings affect positively and significantly toward individuals job performance. The working achievement itself is formed by some indicators in the quantity, quality, and creativity.</p>

<p>Abstract:</strong> This research was designed to know the financial ability of Local Governments/ Municipals in Province of East Java as a foundation in taking debt for financing The Local Regency Government Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), and determine the debt properness and maximum debt that can be taken by Local Regency Governments/Municipals in East Java Province. This research is an applied research that can be categorized as descriptive research. The variables of this research are consist of the ability to return debt and maximum debt limit. This research used the samples of all Local Regency and Municipals in East Java Province. The technique of data collection in this research used documentation and interview. The analyzed data come from Actual Total Local Government Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) report of the year 2001  2005. Data analysis process divided into six calculation steps that consist of net fund calculation, Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), maximum debt limit (BMP) calculation, net fund without block grant calculation, Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) without block grant, and maximum debt limit (BMP) without block grant. The analysis results showed that during 2001-2005 the biggest contributor did not from Actual Local Government Genuine Receipts (PAD), but from block grant (DAU). The presence of block grant makes Regency Local Governments/Municipals East Java Province big enough net fund and can be used to pay the loan installment and other obligations. The positive impact from big net fund was DSCR calculation results showed that Regency Local Governments/ Municipals East Java Province during 2001 &#8211; 2005 has DSCR in average above 2.5 each year. It has proven that Regency Local Governments/Municipals East Java Province proper to take debt.</p>

<p>Abstract:</strong> This study attempts to investigate the causes of performance decline in Indonesian manufacturing industry during the crisis in 1997/1998 and the turnaround strategies adopted by the companies. The sample was the large manufacturing industries in Indonesia. This study found that competitive changes, poor management, economic changes and failure of major projects were the significant factors contributing to performance decline during the crisis of 1997/1998, while restructuring strategies was an important strategy adopted to turnaround firms.</p>

<p>Abstract:</strong> Indonesia, once known primarily for its commodity exports of natural resources and agriculture products, has grown rapidly into an important partner of the Japan and United States. Across its many islands, Indonesia consists of distinct ethnic, linguistic, and religious groups. The Javanese are the politically dominant and largest ethnic group. As a unitary state and a nation, Indonesia has developed a shared identity defined by a national language and the majority Muslim population. In this paper, the use findings of Hofstedes and the GLOBEs studies are used identify important values of Indonesians, relating them to leadership style in an organization setting. Indonesians place particular emphasis on collective well being and show a strong humane orientation within their society. The culture is assertive, and pays attention to maintaining harmony. Effective leaders are expected to show compassion while using a more paternalistic than autocratic leadership style. It is advisable that expatriate managers need to avoid actions that are not suited to these values and expectations.</p>

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> To be able to lead organizations in a global era, there is a requirement for managers to adapt a new managerial mindset which is popular called a global mindset. In this mindset, managers are demanded to have an ability to see unpredictable trends of the global business. Moreover, they have to be able to take an opportunity from that uncertainty to reach the organizational goals. The main idea of the global mindset is the ability to combine the speed in analyzing phenomena and the accuracy to respond them. The global mindset can not only can be implemented in the term of individual, but more importantly- also can be implemented in the organizational level. The global mindset is not something given, but it can be learned, be transferred, and also be built; although this process is not simple. To achieve a competitive advantage in the global competition, organizations are demanded to have will and ability in formulating some variables to stimulate global character; both in individual and organizational perspective.</p>

<p>Abstract:</strong> The objectives of this research is to find out these following maters: the influence of perception external organizational support and internal toward employee commitments of banking company in East Java. This research uses survey and questioners as the tools in collecting data. The data were obtained from 156 employee of 39 bank in East Java. The tool used for analyzing is the Multiple Linier Regression obtained through the software SPSS version 12. The results of the research showed the following results: perception external and internal organizational support simultaneous and partial has positive and significant effect on employee commitments of banking industry in East Java.</p>

<p>Abstract:</strong> This research compared ratings of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) from two different sources : self and supervisor. Participants were banking industry employees in the sixteen big cities in Java. A Sample of 636 tellers as subordinates and 129 headteller as immediate supervisors from the banking industry provided ratings of OCB. The results indicated that self-ratings and superviso-ratings of OCB were not significantly correlated. Using MTMM matrix, I find strong method effects, indicating that ratings from different sources provide different information. The results also indicated that there were significant differences in the mean ratings across the two sources.</p>

<p></strong><em><strong>Abstract:</strong> This article intends to describe the economists point of view of implementing the resource management in the future. They were advised to use economys approach based on ecology, or known as eco-economy. Eco-economist considered that economy management need to pay attention on ecology in the purpose to satisfy todays needs without endanger the next generations needs. They realized that the economic growth can only enhance the quantity but cant sustainable, moreover the over-exploitation precisely will cause the environmental degradation. Sustainable growth is difficult to prove, but sustainable economic development can be achieved if the balance of ecosystem function is maintained appropriating with a nations character and local wisdom. In this school of learning, the trade-off between economy and environment is not conducted, precedence to economy first or environment first is not gave, but precisely collaborates the economic interest with environmental interest simultaneously by putting this unification in to the center limit of development.</p>
