<p>Abstract: </strong>The article discusses the importance of individuals as human resources in an organization to manage changes successfully. It covers internal changes of an organization, of how the employers and employee should be able to manage the organizations change, as well as the external factors. Each organization is now in the era of information that causes the changes unavoidable. Positive attitude of the individuals within human resources system to keep on learning out or the transitional process is recommended. The writing confirms the capability of human resources, to the extent of individual, to manage the change by controlling emotion, sharing and discuss with other personnel concerned, as well as learning new things during the transitional period. Training is the medium of the learning process to manage the change. The changes also mean cost. The individual in a big or small organization aims for betterment out of the transition.</p>
