Abstract: This research is done in order to find out the effect of training to participation, attitude and knowledge of local cooperative members. Generally the local cooperatives were in the village, and there for any assumption that local cooperative members knowledge about cooperation is little bit low. That is why training about the cooperation to the members in order to broaden their knowledge, than they could positively aware about cooperation and actively participated in the all cooperation activity. The result of the research showed thats training contribute positive effect in increasing knowledge, positive attitude, and level of participation of members in the local cooperative actifity.
