<p>Abstract:</strong> The obyective of this research is to find out factors that dominantly derive the employees gatting together or entering the unions. The methods used in this research in nonparametric statistic analysis, followed by describing into graphic tabulation. Thevresult shows that there are three factors dominantly derive whice are safety and protected from the owners pressure, as a tool to get reward, and also as a tool to get all employees.</p>
