<p>Abstract:</strong> Meeting the need and the expectation of the customer are very important in companys performance. By adapting QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method, the expectation of the customer will be crosschecked with the technical response of the company to produce a priority list of actions needed to be done by the company. In the analysis of QFD in CVX partnership company, the company policy has the highest value, which means that the company policy of the CVX will result in the higher customer satisfaction and it means the company policy will lead to the progress of the company.</p>
