<p>Abstract:</strong> The aim of the research was to conduct confirmatory factor analysis of four constructs. They are role conflict, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intent to leave. These analysis were based on Rizzo et al. and Johnston, et al. instruments of role conflict; Churchil et al. (in Low et al., 2000) for job satisfaction; Meyer et al. for organizational commitment; and Bluedorn. This study used 103 sampel respondents of Japanese motorcycle salesforces in Malang Raya. The Findings indicated that seven of eight indicators for role conflict was confirmed in the study. Moreover, all six indicators for job satisfaction were also confirmed in the study. Furthermore, three indicators were confirmed in the study and revealed a saturated model and perfect fit. Finally, three of four indicators of intent to leave were confirmed in the study.</p>
