Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of strategic management in increasing company performance of CV Barokah ZA Gresik. By using SAP Analysis (Strategy Advantage Profile), ETOP analysis (Environmental, Threat and Opportunity Profile), SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) and Ratio Analysis, it is concluded that: (1) From SAP analysis, the company strengths are in production, marketing and finance, as it can be seen from their increasing sales in the last three years, (2) From economy politic, technology, demography, and customers factors, it can be concluded that the company has a good prospect in developing its business, (3) Based on financial ratios, the following conclusion can be drawn: the liquidity ratio (based on current ratio and quick ratio) is increasing which shows that the ability of the company to finance its current liabilities is improving, the ability of the company in acquiring profit is also increasing, and (4) SWOT analysis show that although a sign of threat from competitor and technology should be given more attention, it is still possible to consider the opportunity as a supporting factor in facing the competition .
