Abstract: This research was conducted in PG. Candi Baru-Sidoarjo and the respondents are production staff as they job are seasonal and expose to higher job accident. The methodology used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research shows that the variable of training of activity, work safety, and wages have an effect on to motivation work employees part of production of PG. Candi Baru, Sidoarjo. Hence the suggestion to the company are to have more attention and understand employees ability so the company can design training program which match with the requirement and especially training concerning work safety. Company also has to be more selective and fair in giving wage to employees because they also have an effect on motivation to work and employees loyalty.
